KRAFT RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled
KRAFT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, dressing and tomato paste.

ADD chicken; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

TOP with cheese and bacon; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Enjoy the kraft recipe of bistro chicken !

Kraft recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
Kraft recipe Instructions:

MIX meat and pepper; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties. Melt 1 tsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.

MELT remaining butter in same skillet. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 2 min or until onions are crisp-tender.

ADD cooking creme; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon over patties; top with parsley.

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing

  • 2 lb. small red potatoes (about 6), quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Kraft Recipe Instructions :

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly.

SPOON into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.

BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream

MELT butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. Turn. Add onions and garlic; cook 6 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring onions occasionally.

SPOON rice onto platter; top with chicken.

MICROWAVE sour cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through; stir. Spoon over chicken.

  • 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves

HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes and onions; cook 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
ADD fruit; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
TOSS with spinach in large bowl. Serve immediately.

KRAFT RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
KRAFT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done.

DRAIN spaghetti; return to pan. Add chicken mixture and soy sauce; mix lightly. Spoon onto platter; top with cilantro and nuts.
